Good to know
There are three bedrooms at your complete disposal with a bathroom, kitchen, and living room that were all just recently remodeled. The kitchen and living room have brand new hardwood floors, updated cabinetry, backsplash, and granite countertops. The kitchen is replete with every type of cooking or baking utensil or tool you could possibly need. You will not feel without in this kitchen. The outside is fenced and gated with three beautiful garden beds surrounding the backyard. The backyard is shared with a 'mother-in-law' suite that is also used as an Airbnb.

PET FEE: $15 per day per pet. This house is a duplex-style unit. There are no shared spaces other than the backyard.

Welcome to Kennewick! Our farmhouse guesthouse is located on our property next to our home. We are located just 12 minutes from the local mall, 10 minutes from the Columbia River, and 15-30 minutes from local wineries. For those who are coming to stay for work, we are only 23 minutes from PNNL. 30 minutes(depending on what part) from Hanford. 8 minutes from Trios. 19 minutes from Kadlec
